SF is having a very sexy summer while the rest of the country melts. Climate change aside, we can safely leave our houses for the day without bringing a jacket.

The Lazy Bear mafia is everywhere and we’re better off for it. While True Laurel is a serious cocktail bar (and gets packed in the evenings), it’s also a stealthy brunch option. This makes it seriously appealing any time of day.
With a drink in one hand and a strong contender for the best egg sandwich in SF in the other, you might start looking for an apartment in the neighborhood.

Modeled after the bacari of Venice, Bar Sprezzatura is one of the swankiest spots in the city. True to Venetian tradition the small bites revolve around fish, and on few plates anywhere are anchovies, salted cod, and tuna such a welcome sight.
Even the heavily-gelled finance dads can’t ruin the vibe when the cicchetti tower arrives.

If you happen to be soaking up the sun at the newly completed, $118 million Tunnel Tops park, you don’t have to walk far to indulge in a little sunset happy hour. But rain or shine, Sessions is a crowd pleaser.
The charcuterie is generously portioned and while you’re sitting on the patio, somewhere in between your second and third drink, you wonder if this is what your life would be like all the time if you moved to the suburbs.
